Hello Greg (or anyone else who can help me) - My audio stopped working today after the most contempo Windows update. I am trying to follow the steps you lot recommended at https://www.realtek.com/en/downloads , but neither of the 2 options on the page are obvious links for the RealTek Loftier Def Sound. And when I select the first option, it gives me an fifty-fifty longer list of options, none of which appear to be an obvious match.
